Cancellation Policy

Residence Stay: All cancellations for weekly residence bookings received 30 days before arrival attract no penalty.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will attract a 25% of invoice cancellation fee.

Hotel Stay: bookings All hotel bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Late cancellation (less than 7 days before date of arrival) and no-shows will be charged at the full rate.

Children and extra beds:

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night per child for cots.
Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request only and must be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately at the hotel.
