Our one-roomed Residence Il Teatro apartment boasts a double bed or two single beds, wardrobe, kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace. The unit also has every modern convenience including air conditioning and heating, LCD satellite TV, dishwasher, armored front door, telephone, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, bathroom with comfortable shower and hairdryer, safe. Minimum stay is seven days (Check in and check out falls on Saturday) and includes: • Daily cleaning of the apartment, excluding kitchenette. • Two changes of bed linen per week. • Daily change of towels. • Reserved area on the beach with one umbrella, one sun-chair and one sun-bed. • Use of the swimming pool. • Reserved car parking. • Air conditioning and heating. • All taxes. Extras: • Buffet Breakfast 8.00 Euros for adults, 4.00 Euros for children from 8 - 12 years (Free for children under 8 if their parents have breakfast). • Small animals 30.00 Euros for final cleaning. • Additional meals at “Restaurant Il Teatro” 15.00 Euros for adults 9.00 Euros for children under 8 accompanied by adults. • Crib hire 8.00 Euros per day. • Garage 9.00 Euros per day. |
